Our consultants have in-depth knowledge of the local job market. They will act as trusted advisors. They are mobile recruiters, and will meet our candidates closer to their workplace or home in their lunchtimes and afterhours if required, to conduct interviews or solve issues.
All our team are trained in our intuitive client management system which ensures client and candidate details are easily managed and accessible via web and mobile platforms. This allows our consultants to be responsive immediately, potentially conducting candidate database searches whilst meeting with the client. Furthermore we are not just automated recruiters; we are creative in our search. We will produce targeted attraction advertising, conduct social media searches, and speak with our networks and training providers.
